Suggested use: As a dietary supplement take 1 serving (6 capsules) once daily for 30 days consecutively. Take Pure Test every night at bedtime to maximize effectiveness as a testosterone elevator. For optimal results use Pure Test for 6-12 weeks. Do not use Pure Test for more than 90 days consecutively.
