What’s inside
Full disclosure
This product contains one active ingredient: restharrow glycerite liquid extract, a liquid extract traditionally used to support urinary and kidney health. The remaining ingredients — glycerin and chocolate flavor — are inactive and used for taste and texture.
There are no fillers or binders in the active ingredient itself.
Does it work?
Not established
The evidence on restharrow doesn't yet support a clear rating for the conditions it's traditionally used for. Our data shows insufficient reliable evidence to rate it for benign prostatic hyperplasia (enlarged prostate), kidney stones, urinary tract infections, or gastritis.
That doesn't mean it doesn't work — it means the human studies needed to be confident aren't there yet.
How safe is it?
Some data gaps
Restharrow is generally regarded as traditionally used, but human safety data are limited. The product carries a caution for this reason.
It should be avoided in pregnancy and while breastfeeding, as safety information is either absent or not established. No adverse effects are documented in the data we hold, though that's partly because human studies on this ingredient are sparse.
Meds to double-check
Moderate interaction found
If you take lithium, check with your pharmacist or doctor before using this product — restharrow may increase lithium levels (Moderate severity). No other interactions are documented for the ingredients we could check.
The bottom line
