RECOMMENDED USE - DIRECTIONS: ~Take 3 sprays under tongue each time ~For on going symptoms, take 3 times daily, including before bedtime. ~Can be taken more often for acute symptoms. ~Have mouth clear of food or drink at least 20 min before and 5 min after to allow for signaling. ~Take 60 to 90 minutes after snack or meal since IGF-16C can lower blood glucose.
