Clinical
Good Sense Nighttime is an over-the-counter oral liquid solution containing three active ingredients. Acetaminophen is typically used to reduce fever and relieve pain. Dextromethorphan is commonly used as a cough suppressant. Doxylamine succinate functions as a sedating antihistamine and is typically included in nighttime formulas to promote drowsiness. This is an OTC monograph product, meaning it is marketed under established FDA guidelines for its drug category rather than through an individual product approval.
