Clinical
This is a topical sunscreen lotion containing four UV-filter ingredients: avobenzone, homosalate, octisalate, and octocrylene. These are commonly used together in sunscreen products to absorb and scatter ultraviolet radiation from the sun. This is an over-the-counter monograph drug, meaning it is marketed under FDA's established rules for sunscreen products rather than as an individually reviewed new drug application. The lotion form is applied directly to the skin.
