Clinical
Triple 3x Max Diaper Rash is a topical ointment containing zinc oxide as its active ingredient. This product is marketed as an over-the-counter monograph drug, meaning it follows FDA's established rules for this category rather than being individually reviewed. Zinc oxide is commonly used in diaper rash products to create a moisture barrier on the skin and is typically applied to affected areas to help protect skin from irritation.
