🩺 Clinical
Covergirl Clean Fresh Blurring Skintint SPF 30 is a liquid foundation emulsion applied to the skin that contains zinc oxide as its active sunscreen ingredient. Zinc oxide is a mineral UV filter typically used in sunscreens to help protect skin from ultraviolet radiation. This product is marketed as an over-the-counter cosmetic-drug hybrid under FDA's monograph rules for sunscreen foundations, meaning it follows the FDA's established safety and effectiveness standards for that product category rather than undergoing individual application review.
