🩺 Clinical
This is an oral rinse product containing cetylpyridinium chloride, an antimicrobial ingredient commonly used in mouthwash formulations. Cetylpyridinium chloride is typically used to reduce bacteria in the mouth and is included in over-the-counter oral care products marketed for oral hygiene purposes. This product is an OTC monograph drug, meaning it is regulated under FDA's established rules for oral rinse products rather than through an individual product application. The mint flavoring in this formulation is a common addition to oral rinses for taste preference.
