- Tell me if you take cholestyramine, colesevelam or colestipol. Those can bind Bylvay and make it work less well, so take Bylvay at least 4 hours before or after them.
- Diarrhea, belly pain and vomiting are most common. Call your doctor if diarrhea won't go away, you see signs of dehydration, or you notice bleeding or a fracture.
