Clinical
This is a topical lotion that combines moisturizing ingredients with four UV-filtering agents (avobenzone, homosalate, octisalate, and octocrylene) to provide broad-spectrum sun protection. The product is marketed as an OTC monograph drug, meaning it is regulated under FDA's established rules for over-the-counter sunscreen and skin-care products rather than as an individually reviewed new drug. The UV filters are typically used to help protect skin from ultraviolet radiation, while the lotion base is designed to moisturize and condition the skin.
