🩺 Clinical
This is an over-the-counter oral kit containing two formulations, one for daytime and one for nighttime use, designed to address multiple cold and cough symptoms. The daytime portion contains acetaminophen (for pain and fever), guaifenesin (to help thin mucus and ease congestion), and dextromethorphan (to suppress cough). The nighttime portion includes the same ingredients plus doxylamine succinate, which is added to help promote sleep. This combination approach is typical for multi-symptom cold relief products marketed under FDA's over-the-counter monograph guidelines.
