Clinical
This is an unapproved homeopathic oral tablet marketed for stuffy nose and sinus symptoms in children. It contains pulsatilla pratensis whole, goldenseal, oyster shell calcium carbonate, and potassium dichromate. In homeopathic practice, these ingredients are traditionally used in highly diluted form for various conditions, though homeopathic products are not reviewed by the FDA for safety or effectiveness and rely on homeopathic tradition rather than clinical evidence.
