🩺 Clinical
This is a topical cream sunscreen formulated with zinc oxide, a mineral UV filter that is commonly used in sun protection products to help block ultraviolet radiation from the sun. The product is marketed as a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 30, meaning it is intended to protect against both UVA and UVB rays. Zinc oxide functions as a physical (or mineral) sunscreen ingredient that reflects and scatters UV light away from the skin. This is an over-the-counter monograph drug, marketed under established FDA guidelines for sunscreen products.
