🩺 Clinical
Traumeel is an unapproved homeopathic tablet taken by mouth that contains a mixture of plant and mineral substances, including arnica, calendula, comfrey, echinacea, and hamamelis. In homeopathic practice, these ingredients are traditionally used for minor injuries, inflammation, and bruising, though homeopathic products are not evaluated by the FDA for effectiveness. This product is marketed based on homeopathic tradition rather than clinical evidence.
