🩺 Clinical
Banana Boat Sport Ultra is a lotion applied to the skin that contains four UV-filtering ingredients commonly used in sunscreens: avobenzone, homosalate, octisalate, and octocrylene. These agents are included to help absorb or scatter ultraviolet light from the sun. This is an over-the-counter monograph sunscreen product, meaning it is marketed under FDA's established rules for sunscreen ingredients rather than as an individually reviewed drug application. The product is formulated as broad spectrum SPF 65.
