The ingredients, including arnica montana, calendula, comfrey, and hypericum, are traditionally used in homeopathic practice for minor skin concerns and bruising. This is an unapproved homeopathic product marketed based on homeopathic tradition rather than clinical evidence evaluated by the FDA. Homeopathic products are not reviewed by the FDA for safety or effectiveness in the same way as conventional drugs.
