Clinical
CorTex SunX 50 is a topical lotion containing four UV-filtering ingredients: avobenzone, homosalate, octisalate, and octocrylene. These active ingredients are commonly used together in sunscreen products to absorb ultraviolet light and reduce sun exposure to the skin. This is an over-the-counter monograph drug, meaning it is marketed under FDA's established category rules for sunscreen products rather than as an individually approved application.
