Clinical
Tylenol Precise Cooling is a topical cream sold over the counter under FDA's OTC monograph rules for external pain relief products. It contains lidocaine, a local anesthetic that numbs the skin, and menthol, which produces a cooling sensation. Together, these ingredients are typically used to temporarily relieve minor pain and discomfort from muscle aches, minor arthritis, and similar conditions when applied directly to the affected area.
