Clinical
Outer Reef Mineral Sunscreen SPF 30 is a topical cream containing titanium dioxide, a mineral sunscreen active ingredient. Titanium dioxide is commonly used in sunscreen products as a physical UV filter that sits on the skin surface to reflect and scatter ultraviolet light. This is an over-the-counter monograph drug, meaning it is marketed under FDA's established rule-book for sunscreen products rather than through individual product approval.
