🩺 Clinical
DERMAKA Broad Spectrum SPF-42 Sunscreen is a topical cream containing titanium dioxide and zinc oxide as active ingredients. These mineral compounds function as physical UV filters, reflecting and scattering ultraviolet light away from the skin. This product is an over-the-counter monograph drug, meaning it is marketed under FDA's established rules for sunscreen products rather than as an individually reviewed application. Titanium dioxide and zinc oxide are commonly used together in broad-spectrum sunscreens to help protect against both UVA and UVB radiation.
