Clinical
Daily VLotion Dimethicone is a topical lotion containing dimethicone, a silicone-based ingredient. Dimethicone is commonly used in skin care products to form a protective barrier on the skin surface and help reduce moisture loss. This product is marketed as an over-the-counter monograph drug, meaning it follows FDA's established rules for this category of skin protectant lotions rather than being individually reviewed as a new drug application.
