Indications 1.Tear open the package, take out the patch, peel off the white anti-adhesive layer, and stick the patchbehind the ear or the navel (please dry the sweat from the ear and the navel). 2.Use it 10 minutes before boarding a car, airplane or boat.*lf the symptoms are severe, you can use 2 patches on both ears or on one ear and navel
