This is an over-the-counter dental ointment for kids that contains sodium fluoride, a mineral commonly used to help strengthen tooth enamel and reduce cavity formation. The product comes in a bubblegum flavor and is applied directly to the teeth and gums. As an OTC monograph drug, it is marketed under FDA's established rules for fluoride dental products rather than as an individually reviewed application. Sodium fluoride is typically used in dental care products to support oral health in children.
