Clinical
Dermfree Original Nasal is a nasal spray containing naphazoline hydrochloride, a decongestant. It is marketed as an over-the-counter monograph product, meaning it follows FDA's established rules for this category of drug rather than undergoing individual product review. Naphazoline is typically used to help relieve nasal congestion by narrowing blood vessels in the nasal passages.
