🎯 Indications and Usage ▾
Helps relieve mild menopausal symptoms (hot flashes, night sweats)Supports skin hydration and elasticity.
⏱️ Dosage and Administration ▾
apply 1/2 -1 measured tsp,to the neck, chest, breasts, abdomen, innerarms & thighs, and gently massage until fully absorbed. for PMSsymptoms: use once daily for three weeks each month, pausing useduring menstruation. for Menopause: skip one week per month.
⚠️ Warnings ▾
For external use only Do not use on damaged or broken skin keep out of eyes, Rinse with water to remove. Stop use and ask a doctor if rash or irritation occurs lf product is swallowed, get medical helpor contact a Poison Control Center right away.
