Patients concurrently treated with flecainide, a CYP2D6 substrate¹, and mirabegron, a moderate CYP2D6 inhibitor ², may have an increase in flecainide exposure and risk of adverse events. If flecainide is used concomitantly with a moderate CYP2D6 inhibitor, such as mirabegron, appropriate monitoring is advised and dose adjustments may be necessary ².
