Concomitant use of CISplatin and rituximab or rituximab biosimilar products increases the risk of renal toxicity. During clinical trials in patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma, renal toxicity has occurred with coadministration. This combination is not an approved treatment regimen. Patients should be monitored closely for signs of renal failure and rituximab should be discontinued in patients with rising serum creatinine or oliguria12.
