Avoid concomitant use of trilaciclib (OCT2, MATE2, and MATE-2K inhibitor) with certain OCT2, MATE1, and MATE-2K substrates in which minimal concentration changes may lead to serious or life-threatening toxicities (eg, CISplatin). Concomitant use of trilaciclib and CISplatin may lead to increased exposure of CISplatin and alter the net accumulation of CISplatin in the kidney, which may associate with dose-related nephrotoxicity. If concomitant use is unavoidable, closely monitor for nephrotoxicity1.
