Codeine Phosphate, Pseudoephedrine falls under CNS DEPRESSANTS — the group Albizia Julibrissin interacts with.

Animal research suggests that certain constituents from Albizia julibrissin flowers can potentiate pentobarbital-induced sleeping time in mice. Theoretically, Albizia julibrissin might enhance the therapeutic and adverse effects of CNS depressants.
Some CNS depressants include pentobarbital (Nembutal), phenobarbital (Luminal), secobarbital (Seconal), clonazepam (Klonopin), lorazepam (Ativan), zolpidem (Ambien), and others.

Your combo product has two parts: codeine, which is an opioid that can make you drowsy, and pseudoephedrine, a decongestant that's actually a stimulant. The concern here is with the codeine half. Albizia is sometimes used to calm the mind and help with sleep, and animal studies hint it may deepen and lengthen the sedating effect of drugs that slow the brain down.

So in theory, pairing the two could leave you more sleepy, foggy, or lightheaded than codeine alone, and in larger amounts opioids can slow breathing. Keep in mind this is theoretical, based mostly on mice, not solid human proof. Still, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them, especially if you already feel groggy on this medicine.
