Anodyne Therapy + Abemaciclib
Abemaciclib brand name: Verzenio.
We found no known interaction between Anodyne Therapy and Abemaciclib in our sources. Absence of a documented interaction is not the same as proven safety, and does not guarantee one does not exist. Do not start, stop, or change a medication or supplement based on this page; confirm with your pharmacist or doctor first.
Anodyne Therapy and Abemaciclib
We checked these two against our interaction database. Here is what we found.
No Known Interaction Found
We did not find a documented interaction between Abemaciclib and Anodyne Therapy in our sources. This does not guarantee that the combination is completely free of risk — research on Anodyne Therapy alongside specific medications may be limited.
Worth understanding: our licensed dataset holds no drug-interaction record for Anodyne Therapy at all — not against Abemaciclib, and not against any other medication we track. This verdict therefore rests on the absence of any recorded data, not on research that looked at this combination and found nothing. We cannot rule an interaction out.
Anodyne Therapy is a treatment rather than something you take. Tell whoever provides it which medicines you use, and ask your prescriber whether it is appropriate for your health and treatment. Do not stop a prescribed medicine on your own.
Always talk with your pharmacist or doctor before making changes to your medications or supplements, particularly if you take several medications or have an ongoing health condition.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Abemaciclib page
“A daily pill for a common form of advanced breast cancer, abemaciclib (Verzenio) only helps when its blood level stays steady, so this list of 138 supplements deserves genuine care. Nearly all of them act on CYP3A4, the liver enzyme that clears abemaciclib, meaning a supplement can push its level up and intensify side effects, or drag…”

Where Anodyne Therapy and Abemaciclib Sit Against Everything Else
Out of every supplement and medication people look up on HelloPharmacist, here is where these two land this week — and which way each has been moving.
#1,353 of 1,452 supplements looked up here in the last 7 days
#35 of 2,830 medications looked up here in the last 7 days
Position among everything looked up on this site, not a measure of how commonly either one is used or how important it is. A supplement can climb this list because of a news story. It counts every request to the page, automated ones included, and nothing here identifies anyone.
Where does our data come from?
- Source: the Natural Medicines (TRC Healthcare) clinical database — the evidence-graded professional reference for herb & supplement interactions. Anodyne Therapy is not yet covered by that licensed database, so its write-up cites publicly available medical sources directly (see the references below).
- Citation library: 103,510 references behind our interaction content, 65,311 of them resolved to verified PubMed/DOI sources. See every Anodyne Therapy reference on this page ↓
- Freshness: we automatically re-check this combination every week — this pair was last verified September 13, 2026. The Anodyne Therapy and Abemaciclib records this page draws on were last updated July 11, 2026.
- What “no known interaction” means: no documented interaction in the sources above — not a guarantee of safety. Supplements are studied far less than prescription drugs, so we say exactly what the evidence supports, and nothing more.
About Anodyne Therapy
What is Anodyne Therapy?
- Peripheral neuropathy symptoms
- Numbness and tingling in feet
- Diabetic nerve discomfort
- Chronic pain and stiffness
- Improving local blood flow
- Balance and fall prevention concerns
Anodyne Therapy is not a herb or dietary supplement — it is a brand of infrared light therapy used mainly for nerve-related symptoms such as numbness, tingling, and pain. The evidence for lasting benefit is mixed and limited, and major reviews have not consistently shown that it improves true sensation or long-term outcomes. If you are considering it, talk with your doctor or pharmacist first.
Not applicable (it is a medical device therapy, not a plant or supplement) · In-office or home infrared light therapy devices (pads with infrared diodes)
An interaction check asks whether these two react with each other — it does not ask whether Anodyne Therapy is a good idea for someone in your situation. Here is what our Anodyne Therapy record says about it on its own.
Anodyne Therapy: dosing
There is no standardized, proven dose for Anodyne Therapy. Treatment sessions are typically described as lasting some minutes at a time, often repeated over several sessions, but specific protocols vary by device and provider.Follow the instructions that come with your device exactly, especially time and temperature limits, to lower the risk of burns. A physical therapist, pharmacist, or doctor can help you decide whether and how to use it. Do not assume "more is better."

About Abemaciclib
What Is Abemaciclib Used For?
Brand name: Verzenio
Verzenio (abemaciclib) is used to treat HR-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer in adults. For early breast cancer at high risk of recurrence, Verzenio is taken alongside endocrine therapy (tamoxifen or an aromatase inhibitor) after surgery to help prevent the cancer from coming back.
