Essential oils with proconvulsant effects include rosemary oil, eucalyptus, camphor, fennel oil, hyssop oil, pennyroyal, sage oil, cedar, and thuja. Ingestion of camphorated oil 5-30 mL by children 5 years and younger has resulted in twitch, seizure, ataxia, and coma.”

What Is Ado-trastuzumab Emtansine Injection Used For?

Brand name: Kadcyla

Kadcyla (ado-trastuzumab emtansine) is used to treat two types of HER2-positive breast cancer. In metastatic breast cancer — cancer that has spread to other parts of the body — it is used when patients have already received trastuzumab and a taxane chemotherapy, either together or separately.

Kadcyla is also used as an adjuvant (post-surgery) treatment for HER2-positive early breast cancer in patients who still had remaining invasive cancer after receiving neoadjuvant (pre-surgery) taxane- and trastuzumab-based treatment. Patients must be selected based on an FDA-authorized HER2 test before starting Kadcyla.
