The bottom line No known interaction

We found no known interaction between Halodrol-50 and Uridine Triacetate in our sources. Halodrol-50 and Uridine Triacetate

We checked these two against our interaction database. Here is what we found.

No Known Interaction Found

We did not find a documented interaction between Uridine Triacetate and Halodrol-50 in our sources. This does not guarantee that the combination is completely free of risk — there is often limited research on supplements and herbal products, especially around drug interactions.

Worth understanding: our licensed dataset holds no drug-interaction record for Halodrol-50 at all — not against Uridine Triacetate, and not against any other medication we track. This verdict therefore rests on the absence of any recorded data, not on research that looked at this combination and found nothing. We cannot rule an interaction out.

If you decide to take both, the practical routine is simple: add one new thing at a time and note the date you started it. If the combination is going to disagree with you, it usually shows in the first days to a couple of weeks — and a start date turns “I’ve been feeling off” into something a pharmacist can actually work with. Do not stop a prescribed medicine on your own.

Always talk with your pharmacist or doctor before making changes to your medications or supplements, particularly if you take several medications or have an ongoing health condition.

How to take them

Some Uridine Triacetate Products Have a Food Rule — Halodrol-50 Should Not Break It

At least one FDA label for a product containing Uridine Triacetate says to take it with food. If you take Halodrol-50 on an empty stomach out of habit, keep them separate — and take Uridine Triacetate with a meal where the label says to.

This may not be true of your version. Food instructions belong to the product, not the ingredient: two Uridine Triacetate products can carry different directions, and extended-release forms often differ from immediate-release ones. The label we read is quoted below — check the directions on your own box or bottle, or ask your pharmacist, for how to take the exact product you were given.

Administer the dose with food (applesauce, pudding or yogurt) or in milk or infant formula.

From the Dosage and Administration section of the FDA label we read for Uridine Triacetate — where that label names a specific product, the instruction is that product's. Read the label on DailyMed ›

A food rule is not an interaction — it is about how much of the medicine you absorb. The directions that came with your own product, and your pharmacist, outrank anything on this page.

About Halodrol-50

What is Halodrol-50?

  • Building muscle mass
  • Increasing strength
  • Bodybuilding and athletic performance
  • Body recomposition

Halodrol-50 is a brand-name 'prohormone' designer supplement, not an herb, that was marketed to build muscle and strength. Older versions contained synthetic anabolic steroid-like compounds that were later banned in the United States, and these substances carry real risks of liver injury and hormone disruption. Because product formulas have changed over time and ingredients can be unpredictable, we recommend avoiding it and talking with your pharmacist or doctor before using any prohormone product.

About Uridine Triacetate

What Is Uridine Triacetate Used For?

Brand names: Xuriden, Vistogard

Uridine triacetate is available as two different products for two distinct uses. Vistogard is used for emergency treatment after an overdose of the chemotherapy drugs fluorouracil or capecitabine — or when someone develops severe, early, or life-threatening side effects from those drugs (such as heart or nervous system problems, severe digestive reactions, or a dangerous drop in white blood cells) within 96 hours of their last dose.

Xuriden is used to treat hereditary orotic aciduria, a rare inherited condition in which the body cannot make enough of a building block called uridine, causing a buildup of orotic acid and problems with blood cell production and other body functions. Both products are approved for adults and children.
