Molybdenum + Tazemetostat Hydrobromide
Tazemetostat Hydrobromide brand name: Tazverik.
We found no known interaction between Molybdenum and Tazemetostat Hydrobromide in our sources. Absence of a documented interaction is not the same as proven safety, and does not guarantee one does not exist. Do not start, stop, or change a medication or supplement based on this page; confirm with your pharmacist or doctor first.
Molybdenum and Tazemetostat Hydrobromide
We checked these two against our interaction database. Here is what we found.
No Known Interaction Found
We did not find a documented interaction between Tazemetostat Hydrobromide and Molybdenum in our sources. This does not guarantee that the combination is completely free of risk — there is often limited research on supplements and herbal products, especially around drug interactions.
Worth understanding: our licensed dataset holds no drug-interaction record for Molybdenum at all — not against Tazemetostat Hydrobromide, and not against any other medication we track. This verdict therefore rests on the absence of any recorded data, not on research that looked at this combination and found nothing. We cannot rule an interaction out.
If you decide to take both, the practical routine is simple: add one new thing at a time and note the date you started it. If the combination is going to disagree with you, it usually shows in the first days to a couple of weeks — and a start date turns “I’ve been feeling off” into something a pharmacist can actually work with. Do not stop a prescribed medicine on your own.
Always talk with your pharmacist or doctor before making changes to your medications or supplements, particularly if you take several medications or have an ongoing health condition.

Molybdenum in Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
When used orally and appropriately. Molybdenum crosses the placenta by passive diffusion and is exchanged freely between the mother and fetus. However, molybdenum is safe when used in amounts that do not exceed the Tolerable Upper Intake Level (UL) of 1.7 mg/day for women 14 to 18 years, or 2 mg/day for women 19 years of age and older.
When used orally in high doses. Molybdenum might not be safe during pregnancy when used in doses exceeding the UL of 1.7 mg/day for women 14 to 18 years, or 2 mg/day for women 19 and older.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Tazemetostat Hydrobromide page
“Tazemetostat (Tazverik) is a targeted cancer medicine, and because a lot rides on keeping its dose steady, this interaction list deserves genuine care. Almost all 138 interacting ingredients act on the liver enzyme CYP3A4, which clears tazemetostat from the body.”

- What “no known interaction” means: no documented interaction in the sources above — not a guarantee of safety. Supplements are studied far less than prescription drugs, so we say exactly what the evidence supports, and nothing more.
About Molybdenum
What is Molybdenum?
- Correcting molybdenum deficiency
- Supporting enzyme function
- General nutritional supplementation
- Sulfite sensitivity (popular claim)
Molybdenum is an essential trace mineral your body needs in tiny amounts to help certain enzymes work. Most people get enough from a normal diet, so supplements are rarely needed unless a doctor identifies a true deficiency. At normal dietary amounts it is considered safe, but high-dose supplements should be used cautiously and under professional guidance.
Tablets, capsules, multivitamin/mineral products, liquid drops
An interaction check asks whether these two react with each other — it does not ask whether Molybdenum is a good idea for someone in your situation. Here is what our Molybdenum record says about it on its own.
Molybdenum: dosing
There is no special "treatment dose" of molybdenum for most people, because deficiency is rare and the body only needs a tiny amount. Health authorities have set recommended daily intakes that are met easily through a normal diet.If you choose to use a supplement, follow the dose on the product label and do not exceed it.

About Tazemetostat
What Is Tazemetostat Used For?
Brand name: Tazverik
Tazverik (tazemetostat) tablets are used to treat adults and patients aged 16 and older with metastatic or locally advanced epithelioid sarcoma (a rare soft-tissue cancer) that cannot be completely removed by surgery.
Tazverik is also used in adults with relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma — meaning the lymphoma has come back or stopped responding to treatment — either when the tumor carries a specific EZH2 gene mutation (confirmed by an FDA-approved test) after at least two prior treatments, or when there are no other satisfactory treatment options. Both uses were approved based on response rates, and continued approval may depend on results from ongoing confirmatory studies.
