After a breastfeeding parent consumed sumbul leaves, both the parent and breastfeeding infant experienced several episodes of vomiting two hours later, suggesting that sumbul leaf constituents may pass through breast milk. There is insufficient reliable information available about the effects of sumbul root products during lactation; avoid using.

Brand name: Lonsurf
Lonsurf (trifluridine and tipiracil) is used to treat adults with metastatic colorectal cancer — either alone or combined with bevacizumab — after prior treatment with several other chemotherapy regimens and targeted therapies.
Lonsurf is also used for adults with metastatic gastric or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma (cancer of the stomach or where the stomach meets the esophagus) who have already received at least two prior chemotherapy regimens.
