Every interaction on this page targets the same weak point, whether levamisole (Ergamisol) gets absorbed at all. Treat this list with real caution, mostly because of activated charcoal, the one entry rated major. Charcoal binds drugs in the gut so thoroughly it can strip levamisole from the body even after absorption, and a medicine used to clear parasitic worms cannot work if the dose never reaches the bloodstream. The rest are fibers and mucilages, psyllium and glucomannan among them, which can slow or blunt an oral dose.

My advice is to avoid activated charcoal during treatment unless a doctor specifically directs it, and to keep any fiber supplement spaced well apart from the levamisole dose.
