Every active ingredient lists its own amount on the label.

Why this rating?
  • The label discloses an exact amount for 2 of its 2 active ingredients.
  • No proprietary blends here — you can verify the dose of every single component.

This product contains 2 active ingredients. The main one is Razberi K, a form of raspberry ketone at 250 mg per capsule — a compound from red raspberries that's been studied for weight management and hair loss, though the evidence remains limited.

The second active ingredient is EGCG green tea extract, which provides polyphenols from green tea. The capsules also contain two inactive ingredients: vegetable capsule material and microcrystalline cellulose (a filler).

Evidence for Intended Use · database check
By FDA rules, dietary supplements can’t claim to treat, cure, or prevent disease — so labels speak in careful marketing language. We discern each product’s intended use from its name, label claims, and label statements, then grade the clinical evidence for that use. How these ratings are computed
Not established

The graded evidence we hold for these ingredients covers different conditions than the ones this product is marketed for, so there's no established rating for its stated use — see Raspberry Ketone's own graded uses on its monograph.

Why this rating?
  • The label markets this product for: weight management and fat burning support.
  • We looked for evidence on: Obesity, metabolic health, body composition.
  • The closest evidence on file: Raspberry Ketone is rated "Insufficient Reliable Evidence To Rate" for Obesity (Natural Medicines).

The evidence we have for raspberry ketone doesn't support a clear benefit yet. For both alopecia areata (patchy hair loss) and obesity, the rating is insufficient reliable evidence — meaning studies so far haven't been robust enough to confirm it works.

For EGCG green tea extract, we hold no effectiveness data in our files.

How safe is it?

Well-documented data
Safety Information · database check
Well characterized

Adverse-effect, pregnancy, and general safety data are on file for most of these ingredients.

Why this rating?
  • We hold adverse-effect (side-effect) data for 1 of the 1 matched ingredient.
  • Pregnancy & breastfeeding safety ratings cover 1 of 1.
  • General safety write-ups exist for 1 of 1.
  • Remember: this measures how much safety information exists. Thin data is not the same as being safe.

Raspberry ketone is used safely in small amounts in foods, but safety data for high supplement doses like those in this product is very limited. Case reports describe heart palpitations, elevated blood pressure, and even dangerous heart rhythms after taking raspberry ketone supplements — effects thought to come from its structural similarity to stimulants.

A small number of people have also reported sweating, diarrhea, and shakiness. Because of insufficient safety information, the data advises against use during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.

Moderate identified

The most serious documented interaction for these ingredients is Moderate. Check your medications for a personalized result.

Why this rating?
  • 1 of the 1 matched ingredient can interact with medications — Raspberry Ketone.
  • The most serious interaction on file is rated Moderate.
  • Some involve high-stakes drug classes: anticoagulant / antiplatelet drugs.
  • For scale: 174 individual medications appear in the full list. A big number alone doesn't make a product dangerous — what matters is whether YOUR medication is on it, so run yours through the interaction checker on this page.

Before taking this product, check with your pharmacist if you're on warfarin or other blood thinners (Coumadin) — this supplement may reduce their effectiveness and require a dose change. Also double-check if you take any stimulant drugs, including decongestants, ADHD medications, or weight-loss pills, as the combination may raise the risk of heart palpitations and other cardiovascular side effects.

The bottom line

Scorecard at a glanceFully disclosed formula with no established evidence rating for its marketed use. Moderate medication interactions have been identified, and safety information is well characterized.

This product may appeal to someone looking for a natural approach to weight or hair concerns, but the evidence for effectiveness is weak. The real concern is safety and drug interactions — particularly if you take blood thinners or stimulants.

Talk with your pharmacist about your medications before starting, especially if you have a heart condition or are on warfarin.

Stimulant Drugs

Theoretically, raspberry ketone might increase the risk of adverse cardiovascular effects with stimulant drugs.
Structurally, raspberry ketone resembles synephrine, a known stimulant agent. Heart palpitations, elevated blood pressure, coronary vasospasm, pulseless electrical activity arrest, and resistant polymorphic ventricular tachycardia have been reported in patients taking raspberry ketone.

Likelihood Possible Evidence D
Warfarin (Coumadin)

Theoretically, raspberry ketone might increase warfarin dose requirements.
In one case report, a patient taking warfarin 55 mg per week had a decrease in INR over a period of one month while taking raspberry ketone 250 mg daily. A warfarin dose increase to 70 mg per week was necessary to maintain a therapeutic INR while taking raspberry ketone. The mechanism for this potential interaction is not known.

100% Pure Raspberry Ketones 250 mg by Infiniti Creations: Common Questions

Does 100% Pure Raspberry Ketones 250 mg by Infiniti Creations interact with any medications?
Yes. Based on its ingredients, 100% Pure Raspberry Ketones 250 mg has a known interaction with 174 medications. Use the checker to see how it interacts with a specific drug.
How can one product interact with so many drugs?
100% Pure Raspberry Ketones 250 mg contains 2 active ingredients, and an interaction can come from any of them. We check every ingredient, combine the results into one list per medication, and show which ingredient and mechanism is responsible.
Where does this information come from?
The product label data comes from the NIH Dietary Supplement Label Database (DSLD); the interaction data is built on the Natural Medicines database and reviewed by HelloPharmacist pharmacists.
Does this actually help with weight loss or hair growth?
The evidence isn't established yet. For both obesity and alopecia areata (patchy hair loss), we have insufficient reliable evidence to say whether raspberry ketone works. You'd want to discuss realistic expectations with your pharmacist or doctor.
Are there side effects I should watch for?
Heart palpitations, elevated blood pressure, sweating, shakiness, and diarrhea have been reported in case reports and small studies. Because raspberry ketone resembles a stimulant, these kinds of effects are possible — especially if you're sensitive to stimulants.
Is it safe to take if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
No. There isn't enough safety information, and the data advises against using this supplement during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Talk with your doctor or pharmacist about whether it's right for you.
Can I take this with my blood thinner?
Not without checking first. Raspberry ketone may reduce how well warfarin works, meaning you could need a higher dose. If you're on warfarin or any blood thinner, your pharmacist or doctor needs to monitor you and may adjust your dose.
What's the green tea extract in here for?
EGCG is a polyphenol from green tea, often added for antioxidant support. We don't have effectiveness data for this specific ingredient in our files.
