STIMULANT DRUGS
Why this applies to Acetaminophen, Chlorpheniramine, Pseudoephedrine
Acetaminophen, Chlorpheniramine, Pseudoephedrine falls under STIMULANT DRUGS — the group Raspberry Ketone interacts with.
Structurally, raspberry ketone resembles synephrine, a known stimulant agent. Heart palpitations, elevated blood pressure, coronary vasospasm, pulseless electrical activity arrest, and resistant polymorphic ventricular tachycardia have been reported in patients taking raspberry ketone.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the thing to know about this combo cold and allergy product: the pseudoephedrine in it is a decongestant that already gives your heart and blood vessels a little nudge. It can speed up your heart and bump your blood pressure on its own. Raspberry ketone has a chemical shape similar to synephrine, another mild stimulant, so the worry is that stacking the two could add up and put extra strain on your cardiovascular system.
To be honest, this is based on scattered case reports, not solid studies, so the real-world risk is uncertain. Still, if you notice a racing or pounding heartbeat, jitteriness, or higher blood pressure, take it seriously. If you have heart issues or high blood pressure, please run this past your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.

Raspberry ketone is a natural aroma compound found in red raspberries that is heavily marketed for weight loss, but there is no good human evidence that it helps people lose weight.
