Raspberry Ketone + Armodafinil
Armodafinil brand name: Nuvigil.
Raspberry Ketone has a moderate interaction with Armodafinil. Theoretically, raspberry ketone might increase the risk of adverse cardiovascular effects with stimulant drugs.

Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
STIMULANT DRUGS
Why this applies to Armodafinil
Armodafinil falls under STIMULANT DRUGS — the group Raspberry Ketone interacts with.
Structurally, raspberry ketone resembles synephrine, a known stimulant agent. Heart palpitations, elevated blood pressure, coronary vasospasm, pulseless electrical activity arrest, and resistant polymorphic ventricular tachycardia have been reported in patients taking raspberry ketone.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the basic idea: raspberry ketone has a chemical shape somewhat like synephrine, a mild stimulant. Armodafinil (Nuvigil) is a wakefulness drug that can already nudge up your heart rate and blood pressure. Stacking a stimulant-like supplement on top could, in theory, add to those effects, so you might notice things like a racing or pounding heartbeat, jitteriness, or a higher blood pressure reading.
I want to be honest about how shaky this evidence is. It's mostly theoretical and based on scattered case reports, not solid studies, so for most folks the real risk is probably small. Still, if you have any heart issues or high blood pressure, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before combining the two. Don't change your Armodafinil on your own.

About Raspberry Ketone
What is Raspberry Ketone?
- Weight loss
- Fat burning
- Boosting metabolism
- Appetite support
- General 'fat-burner' supplement
Raspberry ketone is a natural aroma compound found in red raspberries that is heavily marketed for weight loss, but there is no good human evidence that it helps people lose weight. Most claims come from lab and animal studies using doses far higher than what you could get from food or typical supplements. If you choose to try it, talk to your pharmacist or doctor first.
About Armodafinil
What Is Armodafinil Used For?
Brand name: Nuvigil
Armodafinil tablets (including the brand Nuvigil) are used to improve wakefulness in adults who have excessive sleepiness linked to one of three conditions: obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), narcolepsy, or shift work disorder (SWD).
In obstructive sleep apnea, armodafinil treats the sleepiness itself — not the underlying airway obstruction. If CPAP (a breathing device worn during sleep) is the right treatment for you, your doctor should try that first before adding armodafinil for sleepiness.

Natural Medicines records Armodafinil as a medicine that can lower these. This is not an interaction with Raspberry Ketone — it is a separate effect of the medicine, and it is a reason some people are advised to supplement rather than to avoid one:
