Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
STIMULANT DRUGS
Why this applies to Methamphetamine
Methamphetamine falls under STIMULANT DRUGS — the group Raspberry Ketone interacts with.
Structurally, raspberry ketone resembles synephrine, a known stimulant agent. Heart palpitations, elevated blood pressure, coronary vasospasm, pulseless electrical activity arrest, and resistant polymorphic ventricular tachycardia have been reported in patients taking raspberry ketone.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the concern with pairing raspberry ketone and methamphetamine (Desoxyn). Raspberry ketone has a chemical shape that looks a bit like synephrine, a stimulant compound. Methamphetamine is itself a powerful central nervous system stimulant that already raises heart rate and blood pressure. Stacking a second stimulant-like substance on top could, in theory, add to that strain on your heart.
The realistic worry would be things like a racing or pounding heartbeat, higher blood pressure, jitteriness, or chest discomfort. I want to be honest, though: this is based on anecdotal reports and the supplement's structure, not solid human studies, and raspberry ketone hasn't been proven to help with weight loss anyway. Still, given methamphetamine's strong heart effects, I'd play it safe and check with your doctor or pharmacist before combining them.

About Raspberry Ketone
What is Raspberry Ketone?
- Weight loss
- Fat burning
- Boosting metabolism
- Appetite support
- General 'fat-burner' supplement
Raspberry ketone is a natural aroma compound found in red raspberries that is heavily marketed for weight loss, but there is no good human evidence that it helps people lose weight. Most claims come from lab and animal studies using doses far higher than what you could get from food or typical supplements. If you choose to try it, talk to your pharmacist or doctor first.
