The tablet also contains inactive ingredients — microcrystalline cellulose (a filler), stearic acid, and magnesium stearate — that help hold it together.

Two people in clinical trials reported nausea, and one reported vertigo (dizziness). The safety data advises against use during pregnancy and breastfeeding — there isn't enough information to know it's safe, and hormone-related supplements are best avoided in these situations.

7-Keto is a naturally occurring metabolite of DHEA, an abundant hormone in human blood. Human clinical trials have shown that 7-Keto increases metabolic rate and therefore, 7-Keto can help with maintenance of healthy weight when taken in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise plan. As shown in preclinical research, 7-Keto is a potent inducer of thermogenic enzymes. 7-Keto is not converted to estrogens or androgens, a point of concern for many people.
