Ahiflower Oil Omega-3 with GLA is a uniquely balanced, plant-based, non-GMO source of essential omega-3 fatty acids. Ahiflower is the world's richest natural source of SDA (Stearidonic Acid), a rare omega-3 fatty acid, which is far more effectively converted to EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) than the ALA (Alpha-Linolenic Acid) present in most plants. The presence of SDA further elevates Ahiflower oil above all other terrestrial plant-based oils, including flax, chia, hemp, sacha inchi, perilla and echium oils. Our Ahiflower oil delivers greater omega-3 bioactivity than all the other non-marine, plant-based oils. Ahiflower oil also uniquely provides GLA (Gamma-Linolenic Acid), an important precursor for the production of out body's vital prostaglandins, which play a multitude of roles promoting health and wellness.
