Suggested Use: Adults, take two capsules daily as a dietary supplement, preferably with meal, with a full glass of water.
Precautions

Do not use if allergic to any of the ingredients.
Do not use if any adverse reactions occur. In case of accidental overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately. Do not use if either seal is torn, broken or missing.
