Read and follow recommendation carefully. Do not use if diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain are present or develop. Not intended for prolonged use. Use of this product may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health. Chronic diarrhea can result in serious illness.

Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions
DIETARY SUGGESTIONS Eat fresh fruits and vegetables (especially green leafy) and whole grains such as rice. Avoid red meats, coffee, alcohol, sugary or fried foods. Drink plenty of water. The contents of this pack will support a ten-day program. When the contents have been consumed, continue with the dietary suggestions for ten days then repeat the program.
RECOMMENDED USE Take the contents of one packet (6 capsules) 15 minutes before breakfast and 15 minutes before dinner daily for 10 days. Drink one glass (8 ounces) of water with the capsules. Continue this program for ten days.
