Chondrinol Advanced 400 Ingredients & Drug Interactions
by Regenerative Tissue Science
What is this page for?
First and foremost: checking Chondrinol Advanced 400 against your medications. The heart of this page is the interaction checker and the full interaction report — how this product’s ingredients may interact with prescription and over-the-counter medicines you may be taking.
Around that, we add a pharmacist’s high-level view of the product as a whole — what’s inside, the evidence for its stated use, how transparent the label is, and what safety data exists — so you can see the full picture in one place. It’s educational information from our licensed clinical databases and the clinical staff at HelloPharmacist — not medical advice — and we don’t sell or endorse products. Our editorial policy

HelloPharmacist Scorecard of Chondrinol Advanced 400 by Regenerative Tissue Science
Our pharmacy team’s full take, with four database checks built into the cards below — a summary of what is known, not a grade of the product itself.
What’s inside
Full disclosure
Chondrinol Advanced 400 contains three active ingredients. Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring compound in the body that helps maintain moisture and cushioning in tissues.
The product also includes Cyplexinol Pro Nature's BMP Complex and undenatured collagen, both of which play roles in tissue support and structure. The capsules themselves are made with gelatin and microcrystalline cellulose, which are inactive ingredients that help hold the formula together.
Does it work?
Not established
Hyaluronic acid is possibly effective for dry eye and venous leg ulcers (slow-healing sores on the leg). For aging skin, hay fever (allergic rhinitis), and sexual dysfunction, the evidence isn't strong enough yet to rate its effectiveness — we simply don't have solid data.
We don't hold effectiveness ratings for the other two active ingredients in this product, so we can't speak to what they may or may not do.
How safe is it?
Well-documented data
Hyaluronic acid taken by mouth appears to be well tolerated overall, though long-term safety of oral supplements hasn't been fully studied. The safety data for this ingredient advises caution; there isn't enough information to give it a full thumbs-up for routine use without your doctor's input.
When applied to skin, it can rarely cause eczema, redness, itching, or wound complications, and eye drops with hyaluronic acid have caused ocular pain in rare cases. We don't have safety information on file for the other two active ingredients, so talk with your pharmacist if you have concerns about them.
Meds to double-check
No known interactions
No interactions are documented in our data for the ingredients we could check. However, because we hold no interaction data for Cyplexinol Pro Nature's BMP Complex and undenatured collagen, ask your pharmacist to review those two ingredients against your medication list before you start.
The bottom line
Scorecard at a glanceFully disclosed formula with no established evidence rating for its marketed use. No medication interactions are currently documented, and safety information is well characterized.
This product may be worth considering if you're interested in hyaluronic acid for dry eye or leg ulcers, since it's possibly effective for those uses. If you're taking any medications, check them through the tool on this page first.
Because we can't check two of the three active ingredients, running your exact medication list is especially important here — your pharmacist can flag anything we've missed.
