Black Cohosh root standardized extract
Black cohosh (Actaea racemosa) is a perennial plant native to North America and is sometimes referred to as "black snakeroot" or "bugbane". Cimi-Fem contains a black cohosh, shown clinically to reduce some of the normal discomforts of menopause, including hot flashes and occasional anxiety. Cimi-Fem is delivered in a quick-dissolving chocolate peppermint flavored lozenge that does not have to be swallowed and is easy to take once daily.
