Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions
- Suggested Daily Intake: Dissolve 3 scoops with one spoonful of water or orange juice. Then add 6-8 oz. (180-240 mL) or more of liquid, and stir vigorously. For best results, use a blender. Best if taken on an empty stomach 30 minutes prior to eating.
