Boron Glycinate
Boron is a trace mineral that is found in a variety of foods, including fruits, vegetables, nuts, and legumes. It is also available as a dietary supplement. Boron is thought to play a role in bone health, as it may help the body metabolize calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus. Some preliminary research also suggests that boron may have anti-inflammatory effects and may help to improve cognitive function. However, more research is needed to confirm these potential benefits. It is important to note that boron is not an essential nutrient and deficiency is rare. The recommended dietary allowance (RDA) for boron is not established, however, the safe upper limit is 20mg/day. Taking high doses of boron can cause skin irritation, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. There are several patented forms of boron available in dietary supplements, such as Albion Bororganic Glycine.

- With Move Free Ultra Triple Action, you just need to take 1 tiny pill a day instead of 2 large Glucosamine and Chondroitin tablets.
- Move Free Ultra vs Glucosamine & Chondroitin
- Move Free Ultra Triple Action promotes joint, cartilage and bone health in just one tiny pill a day for greater freedom of movement:
- Type II Collagen (UCII): Helps preserve and maintain cartilage using the same protein found in healthy cartilage. This unique ingredient works with your immune system to help preserve cartilage.
Hyaluronic Acid (HA): Hyaluronic Acid is the same molecule found naturally in healthy joint fluid that supports joint lubrication and smooth movement. As we get older, our levels of HA tend to decrease.
Boron: Helps support healthier bones by maintaining healthy levels of Vitamin D, Calcium and Magnesium. Because joints receive their essential nutrients through their adjoining bones, healthy bones are key for healthy joints.
