Creaquad Ingredients & Drug Interactions
What is this page for?
First and foremost: checking Creaquad against your medications. The heart of this page is the interaction checker and the full interaction report — how this product’s ingredients may interact with prescription and over-the-counter medicines you may be taking.
Around that, we add a pharmacist’s high-level view of the product as a whole — what’s inside, the evidence for its stated use, how transparent the label is, and what safety data exists — so you can see the full picture in one place. It’s educational information from our licensed clinical databases and the clinical staff at HelloPharmacist — not medical advice — and we don’t sell or endorse products. Our editorial policy
Creaquad is a dietary supplement by Nutra Innovations with 4 active ingredients. Its ingredients are commonly taken for improving high-intensity exercise performance, building muscle strength and size, sports and athletic training. We don’t currently list a known drug interaction for its mapped ingredients — but that doesn’t guarantee none exist, so always confirm with your pharmacist.

Our pharmacy team’s full take, with four database checks built into the cards below — a summary of what is known, not a grade of the product itself.
What’s inside
Low disclosure
Creaquad contains 4 active ingredients, all creatine in different chemical forms: Creatine HCl, Creatine Ethyl Ester HCl, Creatine Pyruvate, and Creatine Gluconate. Creatine is a compound your body uses for energy during muscle contraction, especially during short, intense activity.
The capsules also contain inactive ingredients — rice flour, gelatin, silicon dioxide, and magnesium stearate — which serve as fillers and binders.
Does it work?
Moderate evidence
The evidence for creatine is mixed depending on the condition. It's rated possibly effective for sarcopenia (age-related loss of muscle mass), cerebral creatine deficiency syndromes, muscle strength, and athletic performance.
However, the data we hold shows it's rated possibly ineffective for Huntington disease and osteopenia (low bone density). If you're considering this supplement for a specific goal, check with your doctor or pharmacist to see how the evidence fits your situation.
How safe is it?
Well-documented data
Creaquad is generally well tolerated in healthy adults. The most common side effects from oral creatine are dehydration, diarrhea, gastrointestinal upset, muscle cramps, and water retention.
Rare serious side effects reported in case studies include kidney inflammation, kidney insufficiency, rhabdomyolysis (muscle breakdown), and blood clots, though these are uncommon. If you have kidney problems, be careful — creatine isn't advised for you without talking to your doctor first.
Safety during pregnancy hasn't been established, so it's best avoided if you're pregnant. There also isn't enough safety data for nursing mothers, so avoid it while breastfeeding.
Talk with your doctor or pharmacist about your individual situation.

No known interactions
No interactions are documented in our data for the creatine forms in this product. Even so, since creatine is processed by your kidneys, talk with your own doctor or pharmacist before starting if you take any medications that affect kidney function or are cleared through the kidneys.
The bottom line
Scorecard at a glanceFormula with limited ingredient disclosure with some supporting evidence for its stated purpose. No medication interactions are currently documented, and safety information is well characterized.
Creaquad is a four-form creatine blend that may help with muscle strength and athletic performance if the evidence applies to your goals. It's generally well tolerated in healthy people, but if you have kidney problems, are pregnant, or are nursing, check with your doctor or pharmacist first.
No interactions are documented in our data, but because creatine involves the kidneys, it's still smart to run your medications by your own healthcare provider before you start.
