SUGGESTED USE: Take 1 scoop of Creatine Overload(TM) in the morning and 1 scoop in the evening with 8-10 ounces of cold water. You may take 1 serving 30 minutes prior to workout to increase creatine saturation. Should be taken even on non-training days.

Creatine Overload(TM) is the world’s first and only scientifically based sustained release of 20 grams of creatine ever developed. The effects have been shown to be 750% more effective than ordinary creatine in building muscle and increasing size. Creatine Overload(TM) has been shown to increase the body’s natural creatine levels in the muscle 15 times more than normal. Creatine Overload™ is a revolutionary muscle building catalyst designed to rapidly increase size and strength. Creatine Overload(TM) is scientifically engineered to help build muscle at the genetic level by triggering protein synthesis. Creatine Overload(TM) also helps the body produce more protein within the muscle cell cytoplasm. In each cell there are sub-cellular structures called ribosomes and ribonucleic acid (RNA), which are involved in protein synthesis: (1) Ribosomal RNA (rRNA) join together as a group to make a polyribosome complex. This is the manufacturing site where proteins, and ultimately muscle tissue, are formed. (2) Transfer RNA (tRNA) move amino acids to the polyribosome complex so they can be made into proteins. (3) Messenger RNA (mRNA) contain the genetic code of how to make a protein. Like an audiotape, mRNA runs across the polyribosome complex to synthesize proteins to form Amino Acids. In other words, Creatine Overload(TM) simply boosts the body’s own protein building cycle to produce more muscle. Creatine Overload’s(TM) Difference Is In the Delivery.
