DMG is a naturally occurring derivative of the amino acid glycine which supports the body's metabolic processes and promotes neurological and brain function. It also helps support immune system function and better utilization of oxygen at the cellular level. DMG is a nutrient produced naturally in the cells of both plants and animals. The human bod produces DMG in only limited amounts and just minimal amounts of this nutrient can be found in certain foods.
